To enroll in Families of Faith Christian Academy International you will need the Family Enrollment Form and the Student Enrollment Form.

Families that choose to register their children under the county superintendant as a "county registered homeschooler" can use this form provided by some of the counties near our main campus in Lakeland Florida.
